Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops

I made this recipe up as a I went along. It actually turned out to be pretty good. It’s simple, not much work and doesn’t take much time at all and usually is a party favorite. I made 8 racks, so adjust proportions according. Recipe below is for 1 rack of lamb.

-Rack of lamb
-1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped finely
-2 cloves garlic finenly chopped
-Olive oil
-Sea salt to taste
-Pepper to taste
-1 tablespoon mustard powder (I used colman’s englsih mustard)
-1 tablespoon paprika


Slice the rack of lamb carefully to get 8 lamb chop pieces along the bone. Mix all the ingredients with the lamb and marinate overnight. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook lanmb for about 20 minutes or until done to your likeness. Serve. As simple as that!
